SPACE RENTAL

Creative Dreams Outreach Center offers flexible and affordable rental space for meetings, celebrations, workshops, and community events. Our welcoming environment is designed to support meaningful gatherings in a comfortable and creative setting.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date, which includes:
    • $50 rental deposit (applied toward total cost)
    • ​$150 refundable damage deposit. The $150 damage deposit will be refunded 72 hours after your event if no damage has occurred.
  • Final payment must be made in full prior to the event date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event will receive a refund of the $50 rental deposit.
  • Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Set-up and breakdown time must be included in your rental hours.
  • ​All guests must vacate the premises at the agreed-upon end time.
